Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes back in their original Origo box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
